Introduction

iPresso S.A. (hereinafter referred to as iPresso S.A. ), brand owner of iPresso, together with all of its subsidiaries and affiliates, is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather, how we may use that information and with whom we may share it. It also entails the overall management of the storage, integrity, and security of the data employed in iPresso S.A. in order to meet all the requirements of personal data protection standards.

Information that we collect

iPresso S.A. collects personal information from various sources. Due to the features and capabilities of iPresso, the company may gather information of users of the system and of contacts entered by the users into the system. We also store all the personal information that is required for contact reasons.There are three main types of data stored in the system: data of iPresso’s clients (users), data entered into the system by the clients and data required in the course of communication with iPresso S.A.

• iPresso’s clients: company name, users‘ logins and passwords, official contact information, content supplied to the system (photos, articles and comments);
• contacts entered into the system by iPresso users: business contact information (name, e-mail, business phone number), data from web analysis (IP, browser type, operating system, visited URLs);
• contact information: company name, first name, last name, business contact information.

How we collect the information

In the course of a purchase transaction, client provides their personal information in order to be able to use the system. In addition, client specifies which users shall be able to use the system, add content and edit pages.

iPresso user collects in their account data of contacts who agree to receive information and messages from them. Some information may be collected with the help of automated tools, such as „cookies“ or web signal analysis. „Cookie“ is a text file placed on the client’s computer by a web server.

Web Signals are pieces of information that client’s web browser sends to a web server.Data collected in the course of communication with iPresso S.A. consists exclusively of information provided by user for contact reasons.

How the personal information is used

The information collected by the system may be used:

• in regard to users of iPresso – to create and manage accounts in the system, send messages and notifications, provide receipts and invoices for the use of the system,
• in regard to contacts entered into the system by the user – to send commercial and marketing information and enable email, phone and traditional mail communication from the users of iPresso,
• data collected by iPresso S.A. in the course of communication may be used by us to send commercial and marketing information.

Personal information may also be used in other ways, in which case the persons concerned will be informed.

Change and deletion of personal information

Our clients and users have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal information. Users may also request to be removed from mailing and other contact lists at any time.

Who we share the information with

The information may be disclosed to parties legally authorized to access it in the cases of:

• a misdemeanour or a felony being committed,
• infringement of the rights of iPresso S.A.,
• attempt of hacking or any other activity detrimental to the interests of iPresso S.A.,
• violations of the Terms and Conditions.

Methods of storing personal information

The set of personal information gathered by the user is stored in a seperate database. It is stored in special safe zones on servers owned by iPresso S.A. The database is accessible only to authorized persons using methods that ensure security and privacy.

Having taken into account the need to protect our clients and users, we provide them with a secure connection to our server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. This prevents third parties from being able to access data passed between a web server and a browser.

Changes to privacy policy

iPresso S.A., the owner of iPresso, reserves the right to change the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Users will be informed of any changes to the policy. All changes will be published on this website and sent to Users via email, in our newsletter or through other email contact.
